Q / What is included in your wedding photography packages?

We photograph continuously in a photo-journalistic style for 75% of the day. The remaining 25% is more formal for family and friends. Every investment option includes our specific style, over twenty years experience between us, two photographers and our storytelling abilities. (A husband and wife duo!)

After shooting, you receive all digital edits in an online gallery for viewing, sharing, download and printing.

Q / How many weddings have you photographed?

A/ Each year our number of weddings booked grows by at least 15%. Between 2008 - 2023, we have photographed over 350+ weddings, and still continuously learning something new with each.

Q / Do you always include two photographers and Can I save money if I only request to book one photographer?

A/ Yes, we do always work as a team. we pride ourselves in capturing every moment possible, to do this we prefer two sets of eyes and our cameras always ready.

THERE IS NO LISTED OPTION THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS, IF IT IS REQUIRED BY ANY COUPLE TO ONLY HAVE ONE OF US, THIS PHOTOGRAPHER WOULD BE MINDY DAY, AND THE PACKAGE COST WOULD REMAIN THE SAME.

Q / How does our coverage work on the wedding day?

A/ On your wedding day, our time would begin when we we arrive to the first location; Hours are used consecutively and cannot be broken up throughout the day

Q / Do all wedding packages include travel and taxes?

A/ Taxes are an additional 15% to each package listed.
Travel Fee Will Be Added @ .60 cents per km.

Our travel fee policy will include an additional charge for all clients requiring travel. This fee will vary depending on the distance and travel time required, and will be discussed and agreed upon with our clients in advance.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our clients, however please note that this fee is necessary to cover the additional expenses and time required for our team to travel and deliver our services to you.

Q / How many photos/frames do you typically shoot?

A/ Obviously this depends on your unique wedding day and how long you have invited us to photograph. our numbers tend to average 2500 frames each. This is number taken, not the number received in your gallery. (Our average is based on a 8 hour day)

Q / How many edited photos/frames should we expect per hour of coverage?

A/ As a husband and wife photography duo, we don’t miss much!
On average we take between 1500 & 3000 photos each with coverage ranging between 4 to 8 hours.

Two Photographers, All-in-all ( 3000-6000 )
From that 3000 - 6000 we cull all of the images and pick only the best shots. Leaving us with between 800-1400. However, depending on the weather, your timeline for photography and client / family cooperation, more often than not we exceed our calculations.

Bride & Groom / Wedding Party cooperation, day timeline and weather all play a large roll in these numbers.
*You can expect between 800-1400 edited photos for 8 hours of coverage, with two photographers.

Q / Do you provide us with the raw/unedited images?

A/ No - There are so many great photographs provided to you that the raw images would simply be redundant.

Q / Which coverage option is the most common and why??

A/ In previous years, almost eighty percent of couples have decided on the 8 hour coverage option. This package allows for your intimate getting ready details, right into your reception. We encourage you as a couple to choose your package based on your very personalized needs. Q / How long do you keep our photos for? Are they backed up somewhere? What happens if we lose them?

A/ We keep your photos on our gallery site for 6 months. However, we keep the final copies backed up on multiple hard drives for two-three years. That way you can access and re-download the photos if needed. So if you lose them, you can come back to us for a copy.
