Absolutely Incredible Wedding Photography Experience!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Mindy Day Photography! From the moment we started working with Mindy, we knew we had chosen the perfect photographer to capture our wedding day. She has such a calm, chill, and reassuring demeanor, which made such a difference on a day that can naturally feel overwhelming. At the same time, she has an incredible ability to confidently organize a large group of people — including our big, loud family! She kept everyone on track, gave clear direction, and somehow managed to wrangle everyone while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed.

Mindy and her daughter, Kacy, were an absolutely incredible team. Kacy worked alongside Mindy as a co-photographer and wedding assistant, and together they were truly a dream team. They captured so many beautiful moments throughout the day, from the perfectly posed photos to the most genuine candid moments that we will cherish forever.

Since we did not have a bridal party, we never expected to have someone step into that supportive role — but having Kacy there was something we didn’t even know we needed. She went above and beyond to take care of not only the bride, but both of us throughout the entire day. She helped with hair, makeup touch-ups, dress and veil upkeep, checked in on how we were feeling, kept our drinks topped up, reminded us to stay hydrated, and even made sure we were taking bathroom breaks. She truly became our right-hand person, and having her support allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Mindy and Kacy are truly a package deal that you want and need on your wedding day. Their dynamic bond, teamwork, and work ethic are absolutely incredible. They worked seamlessly together, and it was clear how much care and passion they put into making our day special. We would hands down choose to work with both of them again!

Mindy was also amazing at helping us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She encouraged us to embrace the moment and be ourselves, which can be difficult when you’re not used to being photographed. She was brilliant at creating natural, beautifully posed photos that didn’t feel forced. She paid close attention to all the little details — from lighting, to making sure nobody was squinting in the sun, to ensuring sunglasses were removed when needed — making sure every photo looked its absolute best.
